PERSONAL INJURY

If you have been injured in an accident, the last thing you want to worry about are your legal rights and remedies. Your focus should be on your recovery! Our attorneys and staff have the experience and resources to make sure you are fairly treated and compensated for your injuries. If this means taking your case to trial, we'll be prepared.

We work on a contingency basis, which means we only collect attorney fees if you recover. There are also no up-front charges, we advance all the costs necessary to prove the other party was at fault so that we can maximize the value of your claim.

As part of our services, we provide:

  • Free Initial Consultations With an Attorney, in-home or in the hospital
  • Evening and Weekend Consultations to Accommodate Your Schedule
  • Settlement of Property Damage Claims for NO FEE
  • Referrals to the Appropriate and Experienced Medical Providers
  • Pursue Claims Under Your Own Insurance Policies
  • Negotiation with Insurance Companies to Lower Your Bills
  • And, of course, we will maximize your claim or case by aggressively representing your interests against an insurance company or in Court.

What To Do If You Have Been Injured In An Automobile Accident

If you have been injured in an automobile accident, insurance companies will handle your claim to minimize the value of your case. Although we will relentlessly pursue your claim, you can help your case by doing the following:

  • Write down all of the other driver's information, including driver's license, vehicle and insurance information. Click here for a handy pamphlet to print and keep in your glove compartment.
  • If a police officer investigated the accident, do not admit fault. Record the name of the officer, the police department and the number of the report.
  • Do not give a statement to anyone, unless required by a police officer.
  • Do not sign a "Release" sent to you by an insurance company, this ends your right to collect for your injuries.
  • Do not sign an "Authorization For Medical Records," this allows insurance companies to search through your confidential medical records.
  • CALL OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY! WE ARE PREPARED TO GUIDE YOU THROUGH YOUR CLAIM

    KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

Many accident victims and consumers do not recover what they deserve, simply because they do not know and protect their rights. We are committed to educating the public, and our clients about their rights.

  • In California, there are statute of limitations which can bar your claim if you do not timely act. Call and speak to one of our attorneys immediately to ensure that your claim is timely filed.
  • Insurance companies are obligated to defend their policy holders and compensate those that they injure. Do not "settle" your case with the other party for less than you deserve.
  • Your own car insurance most likely has uninsured motorist coverage, which means you can collect for your injuries on your policy if the other driver is uninsured, has left insurance than you or if you have been injured in a hit and run accident.
  • You do not have to sign an "Authorization" or "Release" that an insurance company sends you. If you are getting the runaround by an insurance adjuster, call now and speak to one of our attorneys for a free case evaluation.
