James Ashworth became licensed to practice law, and began practicing, in California in 1990.  He is a member of the  California Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, Yolo County Bar Association, Enright Inn of Court, Order of the Barristers. James is licensed to practice in California, the U.S. District Court Eastern and Southern Districts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. James has been practicing civil litigation for approximately seventeen (17) years, in the areas of business law, contract law, legal and medical malpractice, personal injury, construction defect, and insurance bad-faith. His practice has emphasized employment litigation for the past three years.
