Dianne Schaumburg
Attorney

Before joining our firm Dianne Schaumburg was a legislative intent research attorney, a personal injury associate, and a freelance civil litigation attorney.  Ms. Schaumburg received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis, School of Law (King Hall) in 2008, her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from San Jose State University in 2004 and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego in 1998.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Schaumburg worked for many years as a civil litigation paralegal and legal assistant in the San Diego office of a national law firm specializing in business litigation.  She is delighted to have found her niche as an employment rights and personal injury attorney and finds her extensive litigation background invaluable to her practice.

While in law school, Ms. Schaumburg served as a legal extern for the Honorable Kimberly J. Mueller of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and as an intern with the Public Rights Division of the California Attorney General’s Office in Sacramento.  In addition to her J.D., she received a Public Interest Certificate from King Hall.  She was Executive Editor of Environs, the school’s environmental law journal, as well as a member of the Trial Practice Honors Board and the Milton L. Schwartz/David F. Levi American Inn of Court.

Ms. Schaumburg is licensed to practice in the state of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.  She is a member of the Litigation Section of the California State Bar and an associate member of the Schwartz/Levi Inn of Court
